Our curated design packages are tailored to meet the needs of short-term rental properties efficiently. However, we can make minor adjustments to ensure the design aligns with the property’s character.

How do you ensure quality & durability?

We understand the importance of quality furniture but also that it must make sense from an investment standpoint. We source from online retailers such as Wayfair, Target, Etsy, and others after checking reviews and only choosing top rated items. We utilize HostGPO and Minoan when necessary and pass those savings to you. In addition, we source from local furniture warehouses and shops.

How do you ensure quality & durability?

What is the cost of your services?

The cost includes both the budget for furniture and our design fee:

  • Furniture Budget: $5,000 per bedroom and $6,000 per common space is a good estimate for a thorough design and furnishing
  • Design Fee: $8 per square foot, which includes our design services, handyman services (such as TV installation or large item set-up), and trash haul-out. There are no hidden fees.
